A fun-size hidden in a hand

I work at The Carlisle at Naples as a server. The crew that works as servers and bussers are selected over thousands every single time that there is a little opening position I here. 
 The rules are stricted and clear about a good and a bad practice of working. We cannot accept tips from residents --it is against policy and I get it, they are supposed to don't worry about anything and they are paying a really good price for the retirement staying. Tonight I had this guy named Frank. Also his wife, his wife and Frank, Frank and his wife --that is how he introduced himself. After he introduced to me with a big smile and all this happines, he told me: "You have been a good boy, and just because of that I am going to do this, --he take his hand to his pocket and then he gives me a snicker, fun size, followed with a big smile-- and it felt good, to be complimented by a resident it's the best thing, you feel great. And that is my today's story.
